Added tracking or update to UBlock Origin?

I have Ublock turned off for Epiusers (though I’ve almost turned it back on due to some ads…), however I do have it on for gmail. When I click the “View Topic” button in an Epiusers email I get this:

I was going to check the don’t warn me again button, but then I wondered if you guys had added something by accident.

This is because of the email issues we keep having. I believe that’s aws simple email service they use it for tracking bounces. Not our doing

We’ve always used that service

Interesting, I had never gotten the warning for this site before today.
