Added Variables to JobMtl and they don't show

Added a couple variables to my Live and Test databases on JobMtl table:

On my Live server, they show up in Quote Entry and Job Entry.

On Test, they show up in Job Entry but not Quote Entry:

Any ideas not only on why JobMtl has different fields available in different forms, but why on my Live server it would work one way and different on Test?

The issue is that apparently although the list in Quote says JobMtl it actually pulls the fields from QuoteMtl and just marks them as JobMtl.

Hopefully this is something fixed in a later version as that is extremely confusing.
