I have created a quick search to only show active suppliers when searching for supplier within PO entry. I have not been successful in getting this to work. I have added the quick search to the supplier field. But when I search for supplier, quick search is not an option.
I have also tried adding quick search via application studio with no luck.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Two things you’ve probably already checked, but you never know.
First, in your User Account > System Access, do you have both “Can Maintain Quick Search” and “Can Maintain Predictive Search” checkboxes selected?
And secondly, since your profile say’s you’re on 11.3, have you tried it in Classic to see if it’s a bug in Kinetic (I know, unlikely, but what the heck)?
