Adding Column Set To already created financial report in financial report designer

Hi Im trying to add a column set to a financial report that I’ve already created in financial report designer but cant seem to find where to do it. I can add a column easily enough but cant see anywhere to add a column set?

I had a KB when I made a new IS a few years ago, but can’t find it. The process in not very intuitive. Here is a KB that might help.
