Just wondering if there is a way to add additional comments to parts on an open RMA that is sitting in inspection processing? For context - some returned parts sit idly by before they are sent to a rework station. We would like to be able to add a note letting others know the status and/or where the parts are located and at what step they are in the rework process before we actually disposition them.
