Was hoping to get some help with this. We are trying to add an additional button on the Customer screen that performs the same function as the Memo (post-it note at the top). Ideally, I’d like to just duplicate that button at the header and put it on the Customer page. I have found the Method and Business object, sort of, I will also put those in that I got from the trace. Problem is, I cannot find a way to call that Memo. If I could see how the header icon is set up, that’s all I’d need, but I can’t find that second level information anywhere.
