Adding report relationship to pack list

If there is a problem with the DMT – did you compare an Order entered manually – to the orders added via DMT?

You probably are just missing a field that the calcfield uses.

Maybe it would be easier to correct the tables.

I guess I should of been more thorough with explaining my problem, something went wrong when we brought in orders and ship to via the dmt. All the information is correct but the epicor Calculated fields for ship to that is sent to crystal appear blank about 1/3 of the time randomly. So i need to connect the report data definition to the actual ship to table and pull the information from there. I have done this on every other report but pack list is giving me this error. In essence I want shiphed to connect to orderhed and then orderhed to connect to shipto.

Hello, I am trying to create a new report relationship for the pack list data definition however I am getting the error New Relationships can not be added while a new User Defined Table exists. I have tried a fresh duplicate of the definition and still get the error, anyone know how I can get around this?

Hi, I have created one additional relationship to this report and it worked ok. The system does not allow you to use the same table as child more than once - is this the case?

no i haven't added anything to it yet, i need a relationship between shiphed and orderhed and it gives me that error.

Just checking - are you referring to the CustomerShipTo Table? If yes, this table is already on the Report Data Definition. Then all you would need to do is go to the "Excluded Fields" tab and add the fields that you require (same goes for the ShipHead table)

Sort of The CustomerShipTo Table is a temptable and is suppose to have what I want but its blank, I need to connect to the literal ShipTo table and pull the information from there

If you want to get to the ShipTo table you should be able to do it through a zLookupLink on ShipHead. I'm almost certain there is a ShipToCust and ShipToNum link in there that might help you.  I have in the past run into situations where a bug prohibits these links from working, but it's always worth a shot, and makes for a nice shortcut.

I recieve the message a relationship can not be added when a new user defined table exist.
