Adjustment for Indirect Labor Hours on a Job

Am I able to adjust the hours for indirect labor? We had a job that the user did not clock out.

Time does not show up in Time and Expense entry.

Indirect labor, by definition isn’t on a job. If it was, it would be direct.

I know, just trying to keep things tidy.
Was planning on leaving it alone unless there was a way to fix it.

Direct or Indirect, the information is still useful for us during time study for manufacturing.

It should show up in time and expense. I believe you are doing something wrong.

Lets blame the user instead  I’m sure this has happened many times (with indirect) but only asked to adjust it for the first time today.

Check the payroll date on the labor entry in Job Tracker. The labor entry will show in Time and Expense entry under that date and not the clock-in date.

Also, if the labor is still active (ActiveTrans = true) then the labor will not show in Time and Expense entry and you will need to either open MES for that employee and have them clock out or run Conversion “Unlock Labor Transactions” in Conversion Workbench to end activity on that employee’s labor.
