Do you use the report to calculate overtime too or do you have
another means for doing that?

Brian,
We purchased the ADP interface in hopes of having it push the proper date
to our out-of-house payroll people. We found it inflexible (as you did) and
ended up writing a Report Builder report which does all the rounding exactly
as we want it to, and then export it to a data file which our "other
vendor" ADP software can import. Works well for us.
