I’m not familiar with how to use the Quick Search, BAQ nor Advanced Search tabs at the top (or if they are even applicable here as options) or if the results grid can be tweeked thru Customization that allows a new column to be added.
Need advice on the best way to accomplish this. Thanks!
Quick Search is how I would do this. Make a baq with job number and the other columns you need. On the job number field right click and open quick search entry. Make sure it is shared and if you want it to show on job entry, tracker manager, etc then check all occurrences. once you like it you can add it to a solution and deploy it to production.
