After 10.1.500 upgrade dashboards not working

Hi every one, we have just upgraded from 10.4 to 10.1.500 and now none of my dashboards work. Is there a process or routine that I need to run to get them working?

Have you tried Dashboard Maintenance and using the Action menu to redeploy your Dashboards?

Hi Mark, yes I tried that. I think it has something to do with the DLL
files, as the box is disabled with a file marked in there as such;

The error I get is this;

The text in the error seems to reference version 10.1.400. How do I get the
right version? Most of my customizations are failing as well.

Quick question - how did you install client and server-side components of the 10.1.500 upgrade? Do you have these configured to roll-out when a client connects, or do you have a separate client that you updated with the files in the 10.1.500 distribution?

In your menu, re-point your dashboard from the Epicor.Mfg.UI.App to the Ice version of your dashboard.

I did not do the upgrade, our systems department did it. As far as I am
aware all that was installed on my client pc was a new logon application. I
just write the customizations and configurators. I also have some
configurators which do not work now, one crashes the client immediately so
I can’t tell what the problem is but the others seem to be complaining
about null values in the method rules. I have logged a case with Epicor but
have not had much luck as yet.

In the Dashboard combobox, look for one that says SOOutput_Epicor or something, I bet it’s in there.

I had the same issue when moving from 10 -> 10.1.500 in our test environment, You need to open Dashboard Developer and redeploy the dashboard AND clear the client Cache. Takes a bit of convincing but it should work.
