Aging on Customer Tracker

When I add up the invoice totals On Customer Tracker>Financial>Invoices>All for a specific time, the total does not match the Net Invoice Total on Customer Tracker>Financial>Invoices>Aging – YTD and Last Year Net Invoice Total. Shouldn’t it be the same as long as I am adding the same time frame? The invoice count does match, just not the dollar amount, which also causes the Avg Invoice Amount to not match up.

Does the Tracker include Credit Memos?

No, there are no Credit Memos on the account.

Terms Discount Amount on invoices not yet paid and/or due?

We do not have discount terms. We do however have discount pricing. That would make sense of the difference. I will do the math and confirm. Thank you for the lead!
