Insights there was a bit of talk of using AI in Epicor and in house systems.
We are looking at ways to leverage AI systems outside our organization to be more efficient. (ie. Supply Chain trends on part shortages, Customer News so our Sales folks can write more targeted emails)
Anyone have some nice AI stories they can share?
A company reached out the other day - https://Abacus.AI - it sounds like they have the multi-bot data accumulation and ML/LLM tool that Epicor was touting Grow will become. And it can be run in the cloud(ST or MT) and on-prem in a VPC managed by them.
I’ve been looking into policy templates
(here’s an example - Artificial Intelligence Policy FINAL.docx (21.7 KB))
and found a few classes (one is today) - they cost a few bucks though, and I’m not sure if they are any good at all.
