Alert when entering a Date that is <> 10 days from today!

We had the same problem. I added a customization on the PO entry screen
that turns the PO date background bright yellow if an unusual date is
entered, makes typos obvious but doesn't prevent the occasional valid
future date. I've done the same for a couple other fields where we had
typo problems. Customization is for 9.05.603, contact me off-list if
you want a copy.

Hi everyone, has anyone setup a BPM to trigger an Alert or Warning
Message during data Entry? we have found some instances where users set
a rediculous due date when creating a Purchase Order. example (Duedate =
11/3/1990). The same thing when receiving the Purchase
Order.(ReceiptDate = 11/5/2015). This wronge dates throw off our reports
for PO's received Late!

What I would like is a warning when a users enters a Date <> 10 days
past today. Does anyone have an example I can fallow? your help and
support is greatly appreciated.
