We currently do not allocate parts, does anyone know if we allocate parts to SO’s (that will not ship on time), will that would prevent MRP from consuming more forecast when an order becomes past due? Our settings are 5 days before and 5 days after and it works really well for us except for when trucks don’t pick up as planned. When it carries over into the next week, forecast for that week is consumed again even though it is not a new order.
