Some users were getting "Missing Assembly" messages when going into the
Engineering Workbench but not all users. The errors would travel with each
user to other PCs whose users who did not get the error. It turns out that
you'll probably want to export/delete your personalization and then import
them into the new 8.03 client. This is not mentioned in the upgrade
instructions. We didn't have any customizations but I imagine that you may
want to do the same.
