Vic, I’m custom “printing” the tags but that won’t help with actually ENTERING them into Vantage once we start counting. It makes you enter all those leading zeroes which is a major pain. I’d just like to be able to ENTER tag 1 as a 1 instead of 000000001 when we start to count tags.

We are going to let Vantage generate tags and tag #'s for us this year for
our full physical inventory. However, when I generate the tags for a test
run, each tag has several leading zeroes (for example tag # 1 is
0000000001). This will make it a major pain to enter during count entry
due to having to type in all of those leading zeroes each time to pick a tag
to enter. Is there any way to keep Vantage from doing this and simply have
a "1" for tag #1????
