Anybody able to regenerate the data model in the cloud management portal today?

This had been working. Now today it doesn’t work. I am wondering if it has to do with the upgrade last night.

Please verify either the file path exists or the file can be found within a directory specified by the PATH environment variable. Also verify the file has a valid extension for an executable file.

I’m not sure which log you’re seeing those specific errors in, but I tried it in our Third environment and it also failed.

Check if its the same error

Finally found which of the log files had the error, and yes it does look the same

For anyone else trying this and wanting to verify the same error, it’s in the 9_Set Managed Identity Values.log file

Ok so they just broke it for everyone then, great.

I also lost the menu item for the cloud management portal from the third environment. I still have the menu item in Live which is what I used to get to it to do this test, but it’s not in the menu in third anymore.

I just have it bookmarked in my browser, will have to check on that.

I just found out about CMP today and was looking for the menu, found the link online but the menu also wasn’t in our environment, definitely caused some confusion haha.

Could have something to do with pilot being a different version than live?

We deferred our upgrade so our non prod environments are still on 2024.2, but, I do believe this error has something to do with the upgrade of the environments because it was working before.

I pinged the product owner so they are aware. Someone might want to log a ticket.

I already did. I just want to complain here too.

you can search the Epicor menu for Cloud or CMP and you’ll find Cloud Management Portal, which will take you to the browser for it. It doesn’t matter which database you use to search for it, since they all take you to the same website.
