Anyone else get a sporadic (false) error: This is a duplicate entry of an existing record

Several users are seeing this with increasing frequency. I have encountered it once myself. I can vouch that in most or all of those cases, there is no duplicate entry.

Anyone else seeing this?

I cannot find any correlation nor root cause. It’s unpredictable.

Workaround: refresh the page and retype everything you were trying to save.

I get that. At my last company we were told it was related to a Salesforce integration that we had but I get it here and we don’t have any integrations that would effect it. Id love to know the answer.

Also, we upgraded to 2022.2 in January and switched to the browser.

Prior to that, I am pretty sure that never happened (unless it was legit).

I know it could be unrelated to the upgrade. But I am suspicious.

I am on 10.2.600 here so and previous company was 10.2.700 and 2022.1 so not sure if it would be upgrade related.
