That’s right! Only enough room for you, your mom, and Epicor.
Never got a good video, but this is from 2014 I think from my old house.
There’s a couple more on the channel too.
I love how this thread started as a joke about a tagline, and ended up with all of the awesome hobbies that we take part in. It awesome to see that many of us share the same interests and hobbies.
I said I like to cook, but I also like to bake. I made a batch this weekend and thought I’d share my easy Banana Bread Recipe.

1/2c Butter
1c Sugar
2 eggs
2c Flour
1c Mashed Banana (2 average sized bananas)
2 T Sour Cream (or Butter Milk)
1 tsp Baking Soda

Options:
- Add 1/2 c Nuts (either a topping or mixed in batter)

- Top loaf with brown sugar cinnamon mix before baking
Muffins:
Prepare as above, but preheat oven to 400 F. Pour into muffin pan, filling each about 1/2 way. Grease the muffin pan or use paper cups and bake for 30-45 min.
I would eat a couple of those right now Randy, delicious
If we end up doing the field of dreams meetup maybe I’ll bring a batch out.
Cooking is definitely my “hobby” if it paid better I’d be a chef or open a restaurant. I make super elaborate meals almost every night much to my kids chagrin the wife and the older child enjoys it…
The littles look at me like I’m crazy and pick at it with a mix of disgust and guilt. Don’t worry they don’t starve I always make sure they have at least one thing in their plate they’ll eat. I have a pizza oven that I use extensively as well and I enjoy baking fresh bread. Lately I’ve been making the buns for our burgers which is super simple and super tasty.
I keep an extensive collection of cooking books and try to make at least a couple of new recipes a week. I also have too many pictures of my food if anyone cares they are over on Instagram mostly cause #Food is the best kind of
Here’s just a couple
That recipe for Wine poached pears is fracking amazing.
Man…
that looks incredible
You’re hired. When can you start?
That’s my absolute favorite cut of beef. If cooked properly (it’s hard) Skirt is full of flavor super tender juicy way better than any fillet or strip or even ribeye
I was about to ask if that was skirt, and the follow up was have you tried cooking it in the pizza oven?
What temp can that oven get to?
~1000F
I have not yet cooked it in the pizza oven mostly it’s a little difficult logistically to put a steak in there and then get it back out without melting my arm hair off
But now I’m gonna have to try it
If you can find a way to not burn yourself, that’s just about perfect.
Sure won’t need long.
unrelated: Did you know that Rowan Atkinson only did 16 Episodes of Mr. Bean? Somehow we got like 32 years worth of clips and memes from 1 season
that crap was on so often back in the 90’s 00’s that I thought it had to have at least 20 seasons.
I love making homemade pizzas. Nothing like homemade dough, sauce and fresh toppings! We like thick crust I also make my own pizza sauce.
