We are a multi site organization, but the collaborate alerts are set to a company wide level. For example, if I turn on the notification for “Customer Order has shipped” I will be notified for every shipment, not just the one for the division that wants the alerts. Has anyone had luck customizing these? Still a profound lack of documentation for Epicor Collaborate
