Having an issue with some folks printing, and one of the App Notes (5140MPS) includes:
9. If this occurring on Terminal Server or Citrix clients, but LAN clients can print fine, see document 8648MPS.
I've looked high and low for 8648MP (which is referred to in other AppNotes as well), but can't locate it.
Anyone know of this "secret" document?
