Anyone having CRE credit card issues today? (Payflow Pro)?

Anyone having issues with CRE / Credit card processing today? We’re trying to figure out the issue behind this error: “Failed to connect (EOF occurred in violation of protocol (_ssl.c:600))”

Any response from Epicor? They told me in a case that it was Paypal issue and we should reach out to them, but I’m not seeing any Paypal issues posted and we are sending our processing through CRE, so I’m not sure what I’d even tell Paypal.

Credit Card Configuration is configured to use sce.toogo.io and when I ping sce.toogo.io I get timed out response.

We’re processing through CRE as well.

Same problem here as well. Paypal support merchant services says it’s not an issue on their end. Epicor support says its an issue with Paypal…

I just opened a ticket with Epicor as well.
We had a similar issue another time and magically after opening a ticket the errors went away the next morning.
Hopefully this gets addressed soon

Yeah, not sure. Their CRE server seems to be hosted on AWS and that seems to be timing out… I was wondering if it is a DNS issue or a config in their load balancer…

Also, there was an OpenSSL critical update, I wonder if that got hosed?

Our is fixed this morning. I didn’t do anything to fix it.

Ours still doesn’t work. In Credit Card Configuration, our paygate server is set to https://sce.toogo.io

We are using CRE on 10.2.700 to PayflowPro. Are you using this same URL?

In the end, it was their load balancers on AWS. The changes were reverted and it seems that everyone is back up and running.
