Anyone Used Service Pro for P21?

We have a service business that runs about 20 field techs. Currently we use the Service and Maintenance module in P21, but it has limitations. Came across the Service Pro for P21 bolt on and was curious if anyone has experience with this and would care to share their thoughts on implementation, functionality, ease of use, reporting, mobile app, etc.

Just would like to get real user experiences before getting a sales pitch. Thanks in advance.
