Anyone using Endicia - Dazzle? Need help

It does this with UPS and FEDEX.

Looking for someone using Endicia - Dazzle - the USPS software.

Thanks,

Cathy

If you have the insite manifest set up to notify the customer upon shipment
the notification will be sent when the Insite carriers are closed out at the
end of day. This will only work if the e-mail addresses are either on the
customer master (in Manifest info) or on the sales order (Manifest info-->
FedEx/UPS tab) and the checkbox to notify is checked. This is done via
Quantum View.

Hope that helps.

Subject: [Vantage] Insite Endicia Email Notifications

We have Insite and bought the Endicia (Dazzle) software. We did our first
shipment. We have Epicor 9.05.605 and shipped through Customer Shipments
entry. We received a tracking number.

Waiting for an ship notification to be sent but, nothing happened.

Called Insite and asked how do the email notification on shipment, failure
and delivery get sent?

I guess this does not happen with Endicia - which is now a 4th party
software.

Has anyone used this product? Have any work arounds? Or please tell me this
is not true.

Thank you,
Cathy
