The aging will completely skip invoices that are ahead of its "as of"
date. The AP group date dictates the GL date, and must match a GL
period. But the invoice entry screen has NO sanity checking on the invoice
date or due date. Our AP person managed to get a bunch in there with crazy
future dates, like 2030, thus the aging was understating the real AP amount.

I have a report to identify such things. Can send it when I'm in the
office, if you'd like.

Wayne,

I would really appreciate if you could send that report to me.

Thanks,

Lori

The aging will completely skip invoices that are ahead of its "as of"
date. The AP group date dictates the GL date, and must match a GL
period. But the invoice entry screen has NO sanity checking on the invoice
date or due date. Our AP person managed to get a bunch in there with crazy
future dates, like 2030, thus the aging was understating the real AP amount.

I have a report to identify such things. Can send it when I'm in the
office, if you'd like.
