Creating an AP Invoice Head with GetNewAPInvHedInvoice REST-API endpoint

I am attempting to add an AP Invoice Head to my Kinetic environment through the RESt-API and I keep getting this error: Sorry! Something went wrong. Please contact your system administrator.
