AP Payment Entry UI Issue

We are piloting Kinetic. We have a case where one user launches AP Payment (Kinetic) and they receive an error:

Some pages on this customization layer contain orphaned components. Please review and edit in Application Studio.

This is a flat system and there is no customization on this form. There is nothing in menu maintenance that points to a Kinetic customization.

When we log in as another user and launch the form, it works fine.

The problem user can click through the error message and Payment Entry shows, but the ‘Group ID’ field is missing.

We did a personalization purge and this still continues for the user.
