APP-Open parameter works in Web Kinetic but returns undefined in Installed Client

Hi all,

I’m using APP-Open from MES Data Collection to open the Material Request Queue screen and pass a JobNum as a parameter so I can filter the “Unselected” grid which working fine on Web version.

Issue:
In the Installed Kinetic Client, the exact same layer returns undefined.

I try clear cache, create new layer again but still the same issue.
Any suggestions or confirmation from others seeing the same behavior would be appreciated.

How are you passing the job number? Do you have it in {}?

Yes. Its work fine on web version but the same layer when i testing on smart client its giving this error. I asked to Epi Care they said the MES screen work slightly different in Web version vs smart client..But not given any guidance.
