We’re beginning our E10 to Kinetic journey at the moment and i’m having to recreate a few dashboards as new apps as they haven’t come across nicely (if at all) in the conversions.
What i’ve found is in the App studio homescreen, when going to + a new app all I get is an an Add New box rather than the app wizard or manual options that are documented everywhere. Am I missing something? I’ve confirmed with another system admin user that they have the wiazrd showing fine under their login.
Have just created myself a #2 account and the wizard is there, so i’m stumped…
What version are you on? I had a similar issue late last year on version 2024.1
Open application studio in current tab = Wizard was there
Open application studio in new tab = Missing wizard
They fixed it for me in 2024.2. Just wondering if its the same issue for you?
We’re on 2024.2. I’ll check the current/new tab when i’m in in the morning. I have been launching it from a homepage tile into a new tab up until now though.
Opening in the same tab seemed to resolve the issue when I tried this morning.
