Greetings All - I had a working APR ARForm. It checked for an email address in a custom field, and then either sent the email to the customer (true) or sent an email to the error subfolder of the shared mailbox (false).

I added a second email condition, if the custom email was blank, then check the customer.emailaddress field. if (true), email the customer (pointing to the same template). if (false), then send the email to the error subfolder of the shared mailbox.

I receive the error email if both fields are blank, but I do not receive the customer email if the first field is blank and the second field has an email address. Hoping for an obvious ‘duh’ moment :slight_smile:

How can you use the same send invoice widget? Wouldn’t it need to send it to the email address from the other field?
