We have a custom SSRS version of the job traveler with APR that breaks on the serial number. This way we can double-sided print all the serialized travelers for a job as separate print jobs, ensuring there is no overlap (e.g. first page of next SN on last page).
We are finding that not every assigned SN will print, but it will work again once the user restarts Epicor. Anyone have an idea why this might be happening? Something to do with how the Task Agent processes reports?
