AR Invoice Group locked by another user

I don't know if it will work on Version 9, but you can try. Login as that person and open up the batch, then close it. If you don't have his/her password then you may have to get the system administrator to reset the password so you can get in. This has worked for us on version 8.

I was wondering if anyone knew how to unlock an AR Invoice Group?

We are trying to post everything for August and there is a group locked by someone who is on vacation.

Blank their password, log in as them and close the group.....
