While validating a customer`s pilot environment in 2023.1, I realized all the APR rules that sent emails had been disabled, one data directive that sends emails wasn’t working, same for two customizations… Is this the expected behaviour on cloud Pilot environments?
To be clear, it’s fine if it is, I just need a hard confirmation either way…
It should still work… but the different environments would be sending emails from different IPs vs their LIVE. So, they may fail if their internal firewalls are not allowing them through.
They should be able to send a test email from “Email Setting Maintenance” and then their IT can watch where it comes from and whitelist the source.
