I am want to assign label printer based on the person/or the system who/which initiates the transaction.
Right now, it is /PRN=" ", if i assign in company maintenance, then it is assigned to all users.
Is there a to diffrentiate it?
There are things called workstations in Epicor. Check those out and see if that works for you.
Alternatively, maybe you could hijack a field of your choosing on user maintenance

I created a workstation with the following details:
When I went to devices tab, it is greyed out
ATul, when a record doesn’t exist for the screen to display, it’s grey.
Here is a screen shot of one of my setups.
Add an Epicor “Printer” (so it can be selected in the Printer list.
