Attach Signed copy of document to Epicor

From the Docstar ECM workflow, I want to attach the Signed (DocuSign) copy of the document into the Epicor Customer table.

But native document only is attached by default.

But Signed , Native , Image Documents are available in ECM.

Can you please guide how to attach the specific type (Native / Image / Signed) of documents into Epicor (for ex) Customer table using the ECM workflow.

This is not possible with standard functionality.

I have worked around this by emailing the document out to a central service inbox and then importing back in through batch import. Bit of a pain to set up, but it works.
