Use Parameters Maintenance to create closing and completion codes for jobs. After you’ve setup the code go back to the Auto Job Closing select it as Recurring & save process set, then click process. We run ours scheduled to run hourly. We only use the Auto Job Closing as this will only close the job if complete.
