We want to use the Customer Supplied Material lot number as our lot number when parts are received to stock. I wrote a Data Directive on the PartTran table to look up the lot number of the CSM on the job and assign that as the lot number when the job is Auto Received to inventory. It looked like it worked. But now we can’t access the lot. Job tracker shows the transaction with the correct lot number, part tran history shows the transaction with the correct lot number. But searching lot numbers turns up the job number
