Does Epicor really not have anything out of the box to handle this?
Is creating a BPM the only solution?
Do the Fedex and UPS notify options in the manifest info actually work?
When I had a custom interface to UPS WorldShip, we let UPS send the notifications. The nice thing was customers didn’t get multiple notifications when we corrected shipments since UPS sends them on their event schedule: pick up, etc. I didn’t have a FedEx interface, but I assume it is the same.
