Azure Outage 10/29/25

Yes

Looks like it’s the deployment server… that the classic client uses before login… we are able to use Browser Client just fine.

Lucky we are on-prem so it’s not impacting Epicor here. Just some other non Epicor apps we run in Azure.

Azure, AWS, Google Cloud…
I suspect another DNS ‘type’ issue?

Massive DDOS attack perhaps?

Our on-prem isn’t completely immune. We use eBizcharge for credit card processing and they are being affected on Azure. Results in a timeout error every time a user opens Order Entry, Customer Maintenance and others that are customized for eBizcharge.

Our South Central US Azure is only partially affected. Users with existing AzureAD logins aren’t facing an issue verify tokens, but any new sign-on is down. The resources themselves are still online but can’t access many portals, like Entra/Azure.

As far as our users are concerned, everything still just works thankfully.

We’re also using ebiz.

We use eBiz too but for some reason that’s not causing any issues. Maybe just aren’t hitting any credit card orders in shipping.

I’m seeing Automation Studio/Workato failures in the Server Log:

<![CDATA[System.Net.Http.HttpRequestException: No such host is known. (api.integration.epicor.com:443)

So far no issues…Epicor’s up, EDI traffic is moving and our Azure fileshares are active. Did have trouble yesterday with system performance that has gone unexplained to date. Even asked Epicor Support what datacenter we were in - never got an answer. We’re in NJ but at this point I don’t want to assume ANYTHING.

That’s fun. Our Automation Studio is still processing data. :crossed_fingers:

Using the Cloud in Canada.

We cannot connect.

Oddly anyone who was in Epicor before this happened can still function slowly.

The rest of us cannot even reach the status page or the download page.

I’ve reached out to our CAM.

Ironically we booked this afternoon for major version testing with our test plan and I have a room full of people looking at me.

I can get to epicare and epicweb but neither has an announcement that there is an issue.

Our CAM and his backup are Out of Office. I can’t make this up.
Not likely they could help but it would be nice to get a response when the business cannot function .

Ouch!

I may have spoke too soon… anyone else having Quick Ship issues? Since about the time this Azure mess started we’ve not been able to print anything from QS. The same shipments that printed fine this morning won’t print now. Errors in formulas. Happening in multiple QS environments.

Central US, new logins in the smart client or on the web are broken. Existing sessions seem unaffected. Smart client fails with a “Server configuration not found” error.

Same here, I have advised anyone in our company who is logged into Epicor to not log out. Canada.

https://status.epicor.com/ came back for a second. Now it is down again.
