You might be able to add “-skip” switch to the command line and it will run. I’m guessing it’s looking to see if there is an upgrade available.
-skip worked to get past the update check, but then our SSO Azure login hangs ![]()

Coincidently I tried -skip just as it came back.
I was going to go from desk to desk helping people and a coworker tried before I got there and got back in. It looks to be up now.

Epicor support said they are receiving multiple reports of printing issues in QS. Wonder what QS on-prem needs from the cloud to run Crystal Reports. ![]()
Surprised I haven’t heard anything yet, you think any UPS or Fedex APIs are down?

Desktop clients aren’t connecting but the browser client works fine? Today’s just a little preview to reluctant users of what next spring will feel like if they don’t spend a little time now getting familiar with the browser client!
I think I’m up to about 800 tabs in Chrome trying to monitor this situation.
We are fully Cloud SaaS, Enterprise.
Desktop clients cannot connect.
Web clients cannot connect.
REST APIs do not respond.
They were probably being a little too truthful in their initial update, so they changed it to make the situation sound better. Regardless, it’s a “hurry up and wait” status.
