We just upgraded to 2023.2.19 and out backflush labor process schedule task was not running. I went into the SystemTaskAgent and set the TimeZone.
Well now it runs but with an error of “A similar process is already running”. One foot forward and bam an error 
I have tried restarting the task agent to see if something was stuck. Has the backflushlaborprocess.dll, different name, or something?
Any help would be much appreciated it.
