Backing out a Transfer Order Receipt

Happy New Year, Everyone!

Has anyone ever come across a transfer order receipt being backed out? I thought the system wouldn’t allow you to do it? I have this happen on a rare occasion, but when it does, it causes some havoc.

If Site 1 ships something to Site 2, the person who shipped from Site 1 is stamped as the person in Site 2 as unreceiving the transfer receipt. All while the person in Site 1 never being in Site 2…(who’s on first?).

By the time we find out that this has happened time has gone by and no one knows what they did.

I was just curious if anyone has come across this. I’ve put in a couple of tickets, but because of not knowing what happened at the time, it’s been hard to pin down how this occurs.

Ditto, I thought it was not possible.

Un-ship a TO, yes. Un-receive it, no I didn’t think so.

That’s what I would normally say too. I guess I have some creative users. lol

Yeah, I tell people that Epicor isn’t what gave me gray hair…

AFAIK that is the case…we’ve had a dickens of a time with the transfer order stuff here - it was particularly squirrely right after go-live.
