Their solution is "maybe it's been fixed in a later release why don't
you try upgrading" gee 2 minutes to delete a bad BAQ, or hours to
convert from 404a to the latest set of problems.....hmmn, ok I am being
sarcastic, just a little irritating that support could not have been a
little more helpful.

I have some nasty BAQ's, the client locks up when I try to open them. I
had this problem back in early Feb, support claims it's a know bug
caused by long BAQ ID names. They help me delete it then using the BL
tester utility. I tried to reopen the old call and received a response
that " the BL tester is an unsupported utility", so before I do serious
damage to the database, I was hoping someone could provide some
guidance. IIRC it was a pretty easy process (4 steps) probably would of
taken support all of about 2 minutes to refresh my memory grrrrrr.......
