BAM Auto-Print Blank Title 101493

If you're still having issues, try looking within the ERM configuration. Go to the Rendering Options tab and change it to 4 BPP or 8 BPP; the default is 1 BPP which indicates only black & white documents will be created. Good luck.

I am suspcious tha the system printer isn;t assigned correctly but the IT guy insists that the IP address he gave me for the nework printer is correct and the address does respond to ping.
Does your network path look something like this?

\\oracle1\Ship Rec (pc the printer is hooked to\network printer name)

Not sure if an IP address works in the network path or not..

Have you ever had it working?

We had the same issue when we switched one printer manufacturer to another.

All the settings, printer name etc were identical.

We switched back to the original barnd (but different model) and it worked
straight away.

When you try to auto print do you get an error in the system monitor?

I echo Chris’s comments. Autoprinting seems to be highly dependent upon the printer hardware itself and/or drivers.

We had issues with Ricoh printers but have no problems with Brothers.

Dont know why it's manufacturer specific.

Yes ours was the same when we switched to a Ricoh.

We could preview the failed auto-report from the system monitor to the screen
and then print from that to the Ricoh printer.

Weird.

We are having problem printing our company logo in the APM crystal report. When you print preview it's fine but it's black as soon as doc.link convert it to PDF.
Familiar to anyone? Thanks.

I can't recall exactly where, but somewhere you can specify the print level that APM spits out - it's been years, trying to remember...but something like reducing from 32-bit to 16 or 8 bit or grayscale or something like that.

Also try TIF's. We ended up sending all of our outbound traffic out as both PDF and TIF to increase chances of receiver being able to view the document.

We are having problem printing our company logo in the APM crystal report. When you print preview it's fine but it's black as soon as doc.link convert it to PDF.
Familiar to anyone? Thanks.
