Does anyone know how to turn this off? I tried to click “Reset to Default” but got an error says, “At least one column should be marked as Active”. I tried to select JobNum as my active column, then this column will stay in my query no matter how different the display columns are.
Yes, I always have been using the Display Fields to add/remove fields. I was experimenting some features on Kinetic the other day, and I cannot get this to stop every time when I run a query.
It is interfering with all my BAQs even when I make a new one unless I manually inactivate/deactivate personalize columns.
I assume the “personalize columns” in BAQ are not consider as a personalization, therefore there isn’t a personalization I can chose when trying the purge. I also tried clear client cache, and it didn’t work.
Anything else I can try?
Thank you for your help, Chad.
I had a similar issue I ran the datafix previously received from support for another issue - FX_Del_XXXDef_KineticPersonalization
I ran it and removed all associated with my username and ErpBAQStudioHome surprisingly they did exist although I do not recall creating any personalization in that module, this corrected the problem.
Thank you for the advice.
How do I run FX_Del_XXXDef_KineticPersonalization? I saw another post about using a dashboard to delete personalization. Do I need to install the dashboard first?
I ended up submitting an Epicor support ticket and they had me run a data fix on the Data Fix Workbench. This was the same solution that Melinda suggested, and it resolved my problem.
