If you are printing the report to a printer - (or APM printer) you must have the
workstation that submitted the report logged into a vantage session. You might
also want to set your Archive period to 1 day (or more) If you are just
submitting the report - when you come in the next morning you should be able to
go to system monitor and preview/print it. (this way is really reliable)

RESOLUTON: A report is scheduled from the Vantage window that you print the

From the Print window, do the following:
1. Choose your Report Style.
2. Choose your Schedule. (This must be setup in the SystemTaskAgent.)
3. Check Recurring if you want the report to reoccur on this Schedule. Leave
Recurring unchecked if you want the report to occur once.
4. Choose your Archive Period.
5. Click Print to print the report on your Schedule.
A. You will have to choose your printer at this time.
B. This printer must be a valid printer for this client PC.
C. You will have to remain logged into Vantage for the Schedule to print
successfully.************************************************
D. If you are logged out when the Schedule is supposed to run, it may run the
next time you login to Vantage. This will depend on if the Archive Period has
passed and what type of Schedule is setup.
6. Click Print Preview to print preview the report on your Schedule.
A. You will have to remain logged into Vantage for the Schedule to print preview
successfully.

7. If you check the System Monitor, under the Scheduled Tasks tab, you should
see this report listed, with its Next Run Time and Next Run Date.

I have a BAQ Report that is setup to run automatically on Sunday mornings. When I come in on Monday morning and attempt to print the report from the system monitor, I notice the the report is located under the "History Tasks" tab in the system monitor.  I am unable to print items that are located on this tab. How do I print out a BAQ report that has automatically ran? Or how can I automatically make the BAQ report print as part of this process?
