BAQ report still sending after task cancelled

Hi there,

I have a labor head times report that was setup to run on a scheduled routing task daily.

It ran fine on a recurring schedule, and others have it working well also.

Weirdly, it seems to be using the same task to email an older version of the BAQ report in addition to the current version. So I am getting 2 emails with different versions of the report.

Have since cancelled the task, and the correct report has stopped being sent, but the older version still comes through daily. So I can’t see a way of being able to cancel it.

I haven’t tried removing the schedule from system agent as there are other users are using it to schedule reports i’d rather not.

Anyone got any ideas?
