BAQ to show material with 0% scrap rate

I’ve found a bit of an issue but am struggling with how to resolve.

We have a group of parts from the same part class that are used on several of our top level parts. On some BOMs, this material has a scrap rate, on others, it does not.

The material should have the same scrap rate on all BOMs.

I need to create a BAQ to identify all approved revisions of top-level parts where materials from a specific part class are listed on the Bill of Materials (BOM) and have a 0% scrap rate so I can update that material to carry scrap rate.

The goal is to show which revisions include materials from this part class with no scrap rate.

I’ve toyed around with this for a bit, but as soon as I try to pull approved part revs into the BAQ, I seem to lose many lines of data, the last only giving me 11 lines, when I know it should be much more.

Any ideas?

PartMtl is your Bill of Materials table, so you’ll want to start with that. You’ll need to link the MtlPartNum to Part to get your Part Classes that you want to restrict on. Linking to PartRev would get you to the restriction on approved Revs only.

Feel free to post a screenshot of what you have started with.
