BAQDataView not firing and FKV Alternatives

I am having trouble with BAQDataView’s not firing when I open the module in question via right-click. If I open the module directly and enter in the incoming value it will work. This is happening in the EWB and the Part Tracker.

Is there some way to alternatively trigger these?

Alternately, I thought I would use a FKV for this in the EWB but I can’t figure out how to tie a UD08.Key1 Like ID to the ECOGroup.ECO field. Can I do that? I tried that via Data Tools and extended properties but the ECO field will not show up in the FKV drop down screens

Any ideas?

I had similar strange issues with certain keys not showing - I never figured it out so I just worked around it using adapters bound the EDV as I recall (the adapter was driven by my other key field)
